What we collect

When you fill in the crew sign-up form we collect the information you enter — typically your name, contact details, sailing experience, preferred position and availability. The form is hosted by Formaloo, which processes and stores the submission on our behalf.

What we do with it

We use it to build crew lists, let you know about races and training, and get in touch about the boat. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone outside the team except where we have to in order to run an event (for example, a club requiring a crew list).

How long we keep it

For as long as you're on the crew list, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. Ask us to delete your details and we will.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies. The embedded sign-up form may set cookies needed to make the form work and to prevent spam submissions.
